Do you love the cinnamon melts from McDonalds? Now you can make it at home in 30 minutes!
Wow you guys. I have seriously been neglecting this site. But life has got in the way, and I have been super busy with work that I really had no time to update anything since I got back.
But it was well worth the wait. I have a revamped my all-time most popular postinto a little, portable version. Because we are busy people. We can’t have a nice Sunday brunch every morning. Grab and go breakfasts are what we do.
So I have basically stocked my entire fridge with those Pillsbury biscuits because they are always on sale (bonus!) andI have realized that next week is going to be even busier than this week. So I need something I can stick in the oven and forget about.
So frozen pizzas and refrigerated biscuits are being bought in bulk. There goes any New Year’s resolutions of “eating healthier”. Maybe after this super busy week is over. I’ll try making New Years resolutions for Chinese New Year. Because I have obviously missed the boat this time around.
But until then, I have these amazing cinnamon melts as an easy grab and go breakfast.
I mean, look at how they go from the above uncooked picture..
… to these puffed up muffins of pure deliciousness!
And the smell!! It is almost intoxicatingly good! It fills your whole house with a cinnamon roll smell, even though you know that you didn’t actually spend your entire morning making it. Not like actual cinnamon rolls. Somehow it is just not worth the time to make them..
Now add some icing on top, because obviously you want to break all your resolutions like me.
(Worst. Influence. Ever.)
This recipe is so easy to make, which makes it even more dangerous. The hardest part is waiting for it to cool long enough to pour the icing on top.
Having something resembling a cinnamon roll but 10x tastier and 100x easier is my kind of breakfast. Who’s with me?

This looks way, way too good. It's the kind of recipe that I can never make, because it'd be like cocaine to me, and I would eventually abandon every other food in my house and eat only these.

I thought it would be very hard to make, seems like ingredients are simple enough for me to make. I'm a beginner. Thanks
